Position Overview:

Position Type:
Part-time, Hourly

Salary Range:
_$18 - $22_**_ _per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with clients to support life skills development and case management.
Facilitate peer support groups and provide individual support.
Assist clients in the lifebuilding process during their recovery.
Maintain strong ethical and professional boundaries.
Collaborate effectively with the treatment team to ensure holistic care.

Minimum Requirements:

GED or High School Diploma.
Clear background check and not currently on parole or probation.
Ability to pass preemployment drug testing.
Active Certified Peer Recovery Specialist certification in Maryland.
CPR and First Aid certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in mental health, substance use, or the medical field.
Flexibility with hours and workload responsibilities.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work as a team player.
Passion for helping others and a commitment to compassionate care.
Basic computer and smartphone skills.
