Job DescriptionSalary: 20.00 to $24.00The Orenda Center of Wellness, LLC is a rapidly growing organization that is looking for a motivated individual to join the team and help expand our case management services department. We are a fun energetic company doing our part to fight the battle against addiction and mental health stigma. We treat all residents and clients as family when at Orenda, ensuring they are provided the highest standard of love, compassion and care while completing their treatment programs.
Orenda Women's Services Division is currently seeking a fulltime clinical case manager to work directly with our female clientele. This position will be assigned to our inpatient residential facility located in Sabillasville, Maryland, assisting the residents with their case management and aftercare planning needs. This role will require strong documentation, communication and resourcing skills. A clinical team approach along with the ability to handle a large caseload will be necessary. The preferred applicant should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience working in the administrative and/or case management departments of addictions treatment and/or behavioral health services. The experience with and ability to prioritize situations and multi-task will be indispensable for this role. Harnessing and developing relationships with outside agencies and new referral sources will be required. Expanding upon current community resources for the clients and further expanding the services we are able to offer and assist our clientele with will be desired.

The typical work week for this position is Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
