Bon Appétit is now hiring for part-time Dishwasher positions at its location in Sante Fe, NM

Location: IAIA - 83 A Van Nu Po Road, Santa Fe, NM 87508. Only online applications accepted.
Schedule: Part-time, with availability on days, nights, and weekends. Further details provided during interview.
Requirement: No prior experience necessary, as training will be provided.
Pay Range: Hourly rate ranging from $16.00 to $25.00.

Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Scrapes and washes dishes by hand or using dishwashing equipment, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
Washes pots, pans, and trays following specific procedures to ensure cleanliness.
Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and procedures, ensuring sanitation.
Ensures adherence to safety procedures and standards.
Maintains appropriate temperatures and chemical levels as per standards.
Keeps dish area organized and safe.
Cleans kitchen floors, worktables, and other food preparation surfaces.
Disposes of trash properly and maintains cleanliness of garbage cans.
Assists in transferring supplies between storage and work areas.
Helps with loading and unloading supplies and products.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
