Megan Cullip

I think vulnerability is essential to deeply rooted relationships. I am somewhat often afraid of vulnerability, but I am getting better. I'm deeply thoughtful, and deep conversation is essential for me. I'll put forth the effort and do the work to constantly evolve, change for the better, and improve myself and, in turn, the lives of those around me. I try really hard. I often make people laugh, and I like to make people laugh. The joy of others brings me joy. I am a great conversationalist, as well as a great listener. Time is our most valuable non-renewable resource and it matters a lot to give it to another. My friends are very dear to me and are my family. I need to feel a part of a tribe. I like to be a part of it all, multiple circles, multiple activities, multiple interests, and multiple things I am learning. I like to be active. I have a commitment to volunteerism and I always need a project going on. I'm pretty generous. I'm a musician and a music lover.  I prefer documentaries. I prefer nonfiction. I enjoy a good art museum but there aren't any around me. I've lived mostly in or near big cities. But I love my smaller town, the opportunities it gives, and the people I get to live with.

I have worked with youth, people with disabilities, people with mental illness, people with addictions, dying people, grieving people, people who are experiencing a crisis of faith, and spiritual seekers. I am an educator, a counselor, a public speaker, and an organizer. 

As of December 2023, I will hold a Master's of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. 

I have a certification in chemical addictions and dependency counseling. 

I have a Master's of Divinity from Princeton. 

I have a Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas San Antonio
