Megan Joncich

Megan Joncich is a passionate educator and curriculum specialist with a strong background in K–12 education. Holding a Master’s in Teaching and dual certification in Washington and California, Megan brings both instructional expertise and administrative insight to her work. She has a proven track record in curriculum development, instructional coaching, and data-driven decision making—anchored by a heart for supporting teachers and improving student outcomes.

Currently serving as the Curriculum Specialist at Bellevue Christian School, Megan leads district-wide curriculum initiatives, supports instructional coaches and principals, and manages platform access and implementation across three campuses. Her role blends big-picture strategy with hands-on teacher support, aligning closely with her long-term goal of school leadership in curriculum and instruction.

At Ready Study Go Academy in Los Angeles, Megan designed and launched a robust K–8 intervention program from the ground up. She created culturally responsive instructional materials, and implemented data systems to track student growth and program effectiveness—demonstrating her strengths in strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and instructional leadership.

Her earlier experience as Grade Level Team Leader and Lead Teacher at Impact Public Schools included leading a team of educators, driving instructional alignment across classrooms, and contributing to a 60% improvement in student assessment data.

Megan Joncich is an experienced educator and curriculum specialist with a strong foundation in instructional leadership, curriculum development, and data-informed decision making. She has served in a variety of roles including Classroom Teacher, Grade Level Team Leader, Lead Teacher, and Curriculum Specialist. Megan currently leads district-wide curriculum initiatives at Bellevue Christian School, where she supports instructional implementation, manages curriculum platform access, and collaborates with school leaders to strengthen teaching and learning.

She previously led the design and launch of a comprehensive K–8 intervention program at Ready Study Go Academy, where she also oversaw curriculum development and data analysis. At Impact Public Schools, Megan guided a team of teachers, aligned instruction across classrooms, and helped drive significant gains in student achievement. Her work is marked by a commitment to inclusive, Christ-centered education and a passion for empowering teachers to do their best work.

Megan Joncich holds a Master’s in Teaching from Biola University and a Bachelor’s in Liberal Studies with a 3.9 GPA. She is certified to teach in both Washington and California and holds endorsements in English Language Learner education. Megan also maintains ACSI certification.
