My experience spans cloud computing, AI/ML support, system administration, and IT troubleshooting, backed by a 12-year tenure in the U.S. Navy as a Quartermaster First Class Petty Officer.

Currently, I serve as a Cloud Support Associate at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where I provide technical support for AI/ML services, including SageMaker, Bedrock, Textract, Personalize, and Vision. I specialize in troubleshooting model deployment, optimizing workloads, configuring IAM permissions, and managing cloud infrastructure. My expertise extends to EC2, VPC networking, and S3 storage solutions, ensuring secure and efficient cloud operations.

I am proficient in Python, JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS, JSON, and PHP, with experience using Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Active Directory, PowerShell, and Cisco networking. My background includes an IT internship where I provided help desk support, configured laptops, and managed Microsoft Intune user accounts.
