Position Information

The Office of Auxiliary Enterprises is seeking a full-time position with benefits. The salary offered is based on experience and qualifications, in the range of $33 to $45. The responsibilities for this role include:

Organizing and processing financial transactions
Preparing month-end reports
Maintaining financial filing systems
Managing accounts payable
Assisting with clerical and administrative tasks
Handling customer service tasks
Performing other assigned duties

This position falls under Classification 13- Business and Financial Operations Occupations. The required qualifications for this position are:

High school diploma or GED
Ability to operate office equipment
Effective communication skills
Proficiency in using Excel and Word

Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience in handling financial transactions. The candidate must possess knowledge, skills, and abilities in areas such as accounting, financial reporting, data management, computing, multitasking, communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn. Certifications/Registrations are not required for this position.
