Responsibilities we entrust to you in Batavia, WI:

  • You are responsible for the work processes from merchandise disposition to delivery and storage, all the way to product sales, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • You ensure compliance with business metrics and conduct inventory.
  • You serve and advise our customers in the produce department with enthusiasm.
  • You lead your team with passion and plan staffing.
  • You work in accordance with quality standards set by EDEKA Minden-Hannover and other legal regulations.

Do you see yourself in this role?:

  • You have completed training in the food retail industry or specialty store and have extensive knowledge of products in the food retail industry, specifically in the produce department.
  • Ideally, you have previous work experience and knowledge of products and assortments in this field.
  • You have a business mindset and experience in department management.
  • You communicate transparently, are empathetic, creative, and make decisions independently.

Your working hours and location:


  • Fulltime
  • Rotating shifts within the store's opening hours
  • You will work at one of our stores in 26160 Bad Zwischenahn, Reihdamm 10 or in 26188 Edewecht, Bahnhofstr. 16.
