We are excited to have you join our team and work flexibly at our ten locations in Wiesbaden, Eltville, Geisenheim, Flörsheim, and Idstein.


We are looking for:

Care assistants for our internal Springerpool:

in permanent part-time or full-time positions for our residential facilities

Job profile:

We expect:

  • Completed oneyear nursing training as a nursing assistant for the elderly
  • Career changers are also welcome
  • High quality awareness and resident orientation
  • Teamwork, respectful attitude, and enjoyment of working with people
  • Enjoyment of contributing to new work methods and processes
  • Identification with the principles and values of Caritas

We offer:

  • A longterm and reliable work schedule without additional oncall duties
  • Independent vacation planning (30 days for a 5day work week); additional vacation for shift work
  • Competitive salary according to the Caritas collective agreement with a basic salary depending on experience between 2,603.89 to 3,392.79 € for a fulltime position and regular salary increases
