Job Summary
This position involves providing direct patient care. The role entails assessing, planning, and implementing clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis and at the unit level. Additionally, this role involves supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The incumbent is accountable for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and suitable nursing care, as well as the competence of clinical staff and proper resource management related to patient care.
