- Education: Graduation from an accredited vocational nursing school
- Experience: Previous experience as an LVN in an acute care environment is preferred
- Licensure and Certification Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Texas State License for Licensed Vocational Nurse
- BLS certification must be obtained within 5 working days of employment (renew every 2 years)
- NRP & STABLE certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer (renew every 2 years)

Job Summary:
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to patients. Your responsibilities will be tailored to each patient's unique needs and your own skill set. In addition to providing nursing care, you will also take on other assigned tasks as needed.
