Staffing Support Specialist Position

CoWorx Staffing Services is looking for a talented Staffing Support Specialist to join our awesome team!

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a strong candidate pool for high-demand areas, creating a database of qualified field talent.
Screen and assess candidates to ensure they are a good fit for job requirements, coordinating interviews for best matches.
Offer guidance to candidates throughout the application process, providing support for hiring, onboarding, and placement phases.
Lead designated recruitment campaigns, showing proactive management skills.
Develop lasting relationships with field teams to stay updated on recruitment needs.
Utilize various communication channels like text, email, and phone to engage with potential candidates, with a focus on phone calls.
Schedule appointments for further stages of the application process, ensuring smooth progression.
Handle inbound communications from job seekers efficiently, including calls, texts, and emails.
Initiate outbound calls to applicants identified through resumes to encourage proactive participation.

Working Hours:

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

About You:

Minimum 1 year of relevant staffing or customer service experience.
Proven ability to manage communication across various channels, especially phone calls.
Proficient in MS Word and Outlook, demonstrating strong technological skills.
Flexible to work shifts between 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Friday, to support different time zones (40 hrs./wk.).
Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, eager to learn, and demonstrate integrity.
Collaborative team player who aligns with CoWorx company values of care and support.
