As a Tax Senior Manager, you will:
Serve as a key leader in our expanding Tax practice.

In this role, you will be responsible for tax research, reviewing individual, trust, and partnership tax returns, and developing and supervising staff.

You will have the ability to serve clients in a variety of industries including Real Estate, Construction, Industrial, GovCon, Technology, and Private Client services.

Solve problems
Build and service our partnerships and high net-worth individuals with estate, gift and trust tax planning and compliance needs
Leverage your project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities
Lead and develop Tax Staff, Seniors, and Managers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What you need for this role:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Masters preferred
Must be CPA certified and have an active CPA license
Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accountingwith a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
Proficiency with personal computers including spreadsheet software programs. Experience with ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, and/or Engagementis a plus
Demonstrated background working with pass through entity taxation, particularly with partnerships
Preferred partnership experience includes entity structuring, operating agreement review and consultation, compliance, allocations, partner transactions and related matters
Experience with complex individual tax compliance and planning as well as estate tax compliance and planning are a plus

We offer competitive compensation packages based on performance that recognize the value our people bring to our clients and our Firm.

The salary range for this position is $121,315 to $218,400.

Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
