Job Description:
Pro Wash & Striping LLC is a leading provider of professional washing and striping services for commercial properties. We are currently seeking energetic and self-motivated Sales Associates to join our team on a commission-based pay structure.
As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in generating new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients through door-to-door visits, business visits, and cold calling efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct doortodoor visits to residential areas and businesses to promote Pro Wash & Striping's services and generate leads.
- Identify potential clients and businesses that could benefit from our washing and striping services.
- Initiate contact with decisionmakers and key stakeholders through cold calling and networking efforts.
- Present our services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster longterm partnerships and repeat business.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead generation efforts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a commissionbased role or in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve sales targets.
- Comfortable with cold calling and doortodoor sales techniques.
- Positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
