We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of our business.

As the Business Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, delivering exceptional service to our clients, and driving business growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all aspects of daytoday operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business growth and expansion.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage inventory levels and procurement activities to ensure adequate supplies and materials for operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to support business operations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to track performance and profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and initiatives for longterm business success.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a related industry such as facilities management, construction, or property services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and budgeting.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation.

Pay:
From $30.00 per hour


Expected hours:
