For the Sales department, we are looking for a results-oriented Field Sales Specialist (m/f/d) in Hamburg, Germany.

As a Field Sales Specialist (m/f/d) at DHL Global Forwarding, you can expect the following challenges:

  • You will be responsible for independently acquiring new medium-sized customers
  • You will manage existing customer relationships in the MNC customer segment
  • You will advise customers in the field of air and sea freight
  • You will be responsible for creating and calculating offers based on freight expertise and customer requirements
  • You will also be responsible for using and entering customer information
  • You will gather all relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ process
  • You will prepare all necessary documents for customer implementation and operational handover (SLAs, SOPs)
  • You will create presentations in German and English
  • You will coordinate and manage sales events
  • You will continuously monitor and evaluate the market
  • You will handle telephone and personal customer support
