- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Spokane market by identifying target market business and work to accumulate business to meet budget goals.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective clients – through phone calls, emails, or coffee meetings – and go above and beyond to ensure feelings of trust with new partnerships.
- Identify the needs of current clients and their markets to build relationships to service their staffing needs accordingly through weekly calls, meetings, breaking breads, lunches, and quarterly business reviews.
- Lead and work side-by-side with a team of recruiters and an on-premise coordinator to service local clients with candidates by filling their open positions. Coordinate alongside them to make sure they have the bandwidth and resources to progress and grow in their roles.
- Strategize and implement creative processes for daily operations.
- Drive accountability in team members to efficiently utilize our sourcing tools and systems to find and attract the best candidates for the appropriate positions.
- Manage team members to meet and exceed their metrics expectations.
- Develop, forecast, and manage the budget and target growth goals set forth by corporate and leadership.
- Lead one-on-one meetings with recruiters.
- Must have 3+ years of staffing experience (in any staffing industry).
- Proven experience in business development, account management, and/or recruitment.
