    Job DescriptionLooking for an IT professional with a minimum of 2 years experience. Below are some of the responsibilities.


    • Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed.
    • Resolving IT support requests from employees and updating them on the status of their requests.
    • Answering employee questions regarding computer systems.
    • Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues.
    • Analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems.
    • Creating sign ins for new hires.
