- Extract electronic invoices from e-mail and prepare for processing.
- Prepare paper invoices for processing in TAP.
- Assist in management of purchasing card process.
- Source, procure, and maintain the appropriate inventory levels of office, print and shop supplies.
- Greeting visitors and be initial contact to the Arbon facility.
- Organize and manage the lift rental operations.
- Scheduling/escorting/orientating vendors (cleaning services, fire inspections, equipment maintenance, vehicle registration, etc.). Special projects as needed to Vendor Management
- Routine office tasks as needed.
- Light housekeeping duties / keeping the common areas tidy and ready to use and
- High School/GED
- Must be proficient in using a multi line phone system.
