Our team of business analysts acts as the interface between users and IT. The requirements for IT systems are constantly changing.

You play a central role in examining and analyzing the requirements that arise from claims processing in the composite lines of business.

Help us shape the processes of the future in the Continentale Insurance Group. In your team, you will meet people who take on responsibility and contribute their personal strengths.

Are you like us? Then get involved:

You are responsible for requirements management: You mediate between the client and IT and also provide technical support to users.
With your expertise, you ensure organized processes: You define technical (programming) specifications for new and existing applications, interfaces, and processes.
Test management is in good hands with you: From creating test concepts to conducting and overseeing tests to acceptance, you are responsible for test management. You also develop automated testing procedures.
You keep an overview: You design and maintain structured and understandable project and process documentation.

What sets you apart:

Education: You are a specialist in insurance and finance, an insurance business economist, or have a degree in business informatics. You have a good command of German (at least level B2).
