    Description

    Pivotal is currently collaborating with a Global manufacturer of Packaging Films. Our partner is a prominent player in the international market, with a strong presence in Europe, USA, and Asia.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in line with overall business goals
    • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to enhance resource allocation and drive profitability
    • Offer strategic advice to the CEO and board of directors based on financial analysis and insights

    Financial Reporting and Analysis

    • Supervise the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
    • Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and present actionable recommendations to management
    • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and financial best practices

    Capital Management and Financing

    • Manage the company's capital structure and liquidity, encompassing debt and equity financing
    • Evaluate potential investments, M&A deals, and capital allocation strategies to optimize shareholder value
    • Cultivate relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure funding and back growth initiatives

    Risk Management

    • Identify and evaluate financial risks, such as market, credit, and operational risks, and devise strategies to mitigate them
    • Monitor and report on crucial financial metrics and performance indicators to monitor risk exposure and guide decision-making

    Treasury and Cash Management

    • Enhance cash flow management and liquidity by forecasting cash requirements, overseeing working capital, and optimizing banking partnerships

    Role Requirements:

    • Minimum 10 years in senior financial leadership positions
    • Relevant experience in industrials and manufacturing environments
    • Proficiency in financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting
    • Background in collaborating with global teams and diverse nationalities
    • Bachelor's degree in business or finance
