- Project manage and support LivGreen to establish a largely standalone finance function, including recruitment, training and ongoing management of new staff.
- Management accounts.
- General management of all aspects of the day-to-day LivGreen finance function including introducing processes and procedures as necessary (working with CFO and MD) as the business grows.
- Play a key role in developing LivGreen's systems (focused on Netsuite).
- Lead on budgeting and forecasting.
- Treasury and tax management including corporation tax, VAT, PAYE and CIS.
- Work with the team to negotiate and document LivGreen's contractual terms.
- Prepare LivGreen's monthly board pack and deliver this to the board.
- Deliver regular updates to all stakeholders at the required level.
- Lead on the LivGreen year-end process, ensuring information is prepared and
- We anticipate the Finance Director will have 3 x direct reports (AP, AR and management accounting) once the initial team is in place. This is likely to grow significantly over time.

While we currently rely heavily on a centralized finance function shared with two sister companies, due to rapid growth LivGreen is now seeking a Finance Director to establish a largely standalone finance function in its Bristol head office.
