WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Your tasks- Understanding needs: Conducting needs and potential analyses as part of our consulting approach, always focused on the individual life situation of our customers / prospects- Advising people: Consulting an existing customer base as well as acquiring new customers for one or more of these product areas: loans, checking accounts, cards, and retirement planning- Delighting customers: Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, including independent scheduling of customer appointments and placement of individually suitable additional products- Living risk culture: Continuously developing and maintaining a sense of responsibility in the proactive handling of risks within the bank

Your profile- Knowing the right things: Commercial education, preferably in the banking sector, e.g. as a bank clerk, or a comparable education- Being able to do the important things: Know-how and experience in one or more of the above-mentioned product areas or the willingness to familiarize oneself with them- Bringing the necessary things: Enjoyment of strong teamwork, close customer contact, and professional service- Having something special: A sense for people and their needs, combined with talent and passion for sales - including everything that goes with it: consulting with needs analysis, recommendation and conclusion, as well as support
