Responsibilities: - Consultation and representation of well managed processes, customer experience, and risk management for new Intent
- Support moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing contextual direction as the domain subject matter expert (SME) for operations to effectively partner with Product, Technology, Legal/Compliance, and Segments teams.
- Support the design, development, and management of project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements.
- Support all aspects, operational and technical, of a domain; ensuring thorough documentation to mitigate future risk and meet regulatory requirements.
- Leverage problem solving and judgment skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
- Exhibit outstanding relationship building and influencing skills to collaborate and effectively drive project / program efforts
- Have excellent communication skills which are essential for interacting with key stakeholders at all levels and job families across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
- Champion new delivery models including engaging Product and Tech teams in the creation and delivery of new intent
- Travel required 25% or less
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Military experience
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- At least 2 years of process management experience
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree or equivalent Military experience
- 3+ years of experience in Process and Project Management
- 1+ years of experience with Credit Card lending, Small Business and Commercial lines of business or Retail Partnerships
- 1+ years of experience with automation tools and techniques
- 1+ years experience coding in Python, R, Spark, or SQL
- Six Sigma certification, BPM certified, or relevant experience
- Relevant experience with either AWS services, Splunk, and/or Github
How our hybrid model works
This role is hybrid meaning associates typically spend about half their time (2-3 days per week) in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting . Monday and Fridays are enterprise- wide virtual work days . Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.
