At a glance, SWM is planning to expand its existing regional geothermal facilities in the Munich South East area and transform individual generation plants into a flexible district heating system to provide geothermal and CO2-free heat to SWM customers.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager "District Heating Pipeline South East" (m/f/d) for the network infrastructure project "District Heating Pipeline South East" within the overall "Geothermal Expansion South East" program.


What you can expect from us:

  • Management of the large-scale project "District Heating Pipeline South East" with technical and commercial responsibility
  • Ensuring professional and qualitycompliant, timely and costeffective project implementation
  • Support in the development and establishment of the project team
  • Conducting commercial and technical negotiations
  • Coordination and alignment with other projects within the program
  • Management of route planning, taking into account pipeline rights and approval procedures

What we are looking for:

  • Completed degree in plant or mechanical engineering, process and process engineering or equivalent
  • Many years of professional experience in independent, technical and commercial project management in the field of plant construction, oil and gas projects, mining and pipeline construction or equivalent
  • Comprehensive technical and commercial knowhow in terms of order processing in largescale plant construction and project management
