- Ensure end user communication and punctuality
- Interface with regional IT teams and external suppliers
- Point of contact for IT regional Managers in the Americas, Asia, Continental Europe, and WEMEA
- Interface between application owner and suppliers support for technical investigation
- Ensure level 3 support of group Infrastructure
- Provide regular reporting on the progress of assigned projects
- Report information regarding major events as soon as they occur in the event of deviations in management of day to day operations
- Organize communication of functional and technical enhancement
- Manage technical documentation (Technical guidance document, user and admin guide, procedures, rules, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with group standards and rules
- Follow issue investigation, redact and communicate the remediation plan
- Open and follow support cases if applicable
- Ensure technical expertise for TRIGO regional solutions
- Contribute to Infrastructure improvement and project implementation
- Manage communication tools: Office 365, Skype, SharePoint, etc.
- Manage group infrastructure tools: Azure, InTune, Active Directory, etc.
- Manage monitoring and security: ATP, Data Protection, AntiVirus, etc.
- Monitor technological developments in the field
- Apply the procedures defined in the QMS (Quality Management System) and apply ITIL best practices
