- Directly supervise kitchen staff and assist in training
- Provide mentorship and problem-solving guidance
- Experience in kitchen management required
- Leadership in employee relations and problem resolution

- High school diploma preferred
- 21 years of age or older
- Completion of Kitchen Manager Training Program and relevant certifications
