    Description

    Basé à Vottem, sous la responsabilité du Distribution Center Manager, le Logistics Engineer participe activement à l'optimisation des processus et des flux existants et futurs, depuis les approvisionnements et la livraison des marchandises, jusqu'aux transports vers les Centres de dispatching régionaux, en passant par le stockage, le réapprovisionnement ou la préparation de commandes.
    Il assure également un rôle de support à la gestion financière, tant pour les projets que pour le fonctionnement global du Centre de distribution de Vottem.
    Par sa mission, le Logistics Engineer supporte le Centre de Distribution Benelux de Vottem dans l'atteinte de ses objectifs de productivité, de qualité et de coûts.
    Pour la partie Gestion de stock, il travaille en étroite collaboration avec l'Inbound Manager, et est le point contact des services Marketing, Supply & Planning, Inbound et Outbound. En tant que garant de la stratégie de répartition du stock, il agit en tant que guide pour l'équipe Opérationnelle Méthode en déterminant les priorités et les tâches à réaliser.
    Pour la partie Support à la gestion financière, il travaille en étroite collaboration avec tous les départements du Centre de Distribution, et est le point contact du service Finance /Comptabilité.
    Missions principales
    Evalue les processus et les flux de travail existants, et envisage des stratégies pour optimiser les processus, les capacités du personnel, la gestion et le flux des stocks, ainsi que les coûts opérationnels,
    Participe activement à l'élaboration et à la mise en place des flux et processus futurs (support aux Chefs de Projets),
    Optimise la productivité en concevant, en mettant en œuvre et en testant de nouvelles procédures de travail,
    Assemble des rapports pour documenter l'état et les modifications du processus,
    Suit les mesures pour découvrir les domaines à améliorer et surveiller les mises à niveau,
    Communique les conclusions et les propositions au Warehouse Lead Team,
    Utilise un logiciel de simulation de processus pour tester et trouver les stratégies de production les plus appropriées,
    Fournit des instructions détaillées pour une mise en œuvre réussie des modifications de processus,
    Évalue le respect des normes de sécurité et de qualité applicables, et les risques associés en collaboration avec le Conseiller en Prévention,
    Participe à l'élaboration des budgets,
    Mesure et analyse les écarts entre le budget et le réalisé, et participe aux plans d'actions correctives (élaboration + mise en application),
    Elabore /met à jour les outils de reporting dans le but d'optimiser le pilotage de la performance du Centre de Distribution,
    Contribue aux efforts du département en accomplissant les tâches connexes au besoin.
    Compétences
    Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master en Logistique, Supply Chain ou formation équivalente (ex : certification APICS),
    Vous disposez d'une première expérience réussie en tant que Logistics Engineer,
    Vous connaissez les principes des processus, des flux et des équipements logistiques utilisés dans un Centre de Distribution,
    Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences analytiques et mathématiques, et portez une forte attention aux détails,
    Vous montrez une capacité avérée à identifier, évaluer et résoudre des problèmes,
    Vous avez des notions de base en comptabilité et gestion,
    Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautique et idéalement un logiciel de simulation de processus,
    Les réglementations applicables en matière de santé et de sécurité au travail vous sont familières,
    Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais. Le néerlandais est un plus,
    Vous disposez de bonnes compétences en communication écrite et verbale et avez la capacité à persuader les autres de changer les pratiques existantes,
    Vous avez des notions de Lean Management.
