*Your tasks:
  • As a project assistant, you will be responsible for complex investment measures in project implementation
  • You will support the project management and project engineers in implementing the planning assignment
  • You will be responsible for the entire schedule coordination and organization, as well as the preparation of internal and external meetings, sessions, and conference appointments
  • According to project requirements, you will be responsible for document workflows in database systems (e.g. DOXIS, EPLASS, iTwo, etc.) and the reliable handling of confidential documents
  • You will be responsible for the needs- and requirement-based processing of partial steps in the implementation of investment projects as well as for IT system maintenance (with iTwo, Doxis, Jira)
  • You will contribute to the optimization and further development of processes,
