Your future responsibilities

As a trainee at Sycor, we offer you the opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into the field of Commercial Excellence through our 12-month trainee program – the ideal foundation for your professional career. We support national and international pharmaceutical companies in the implementation and operation of new processes and technologies in sales and marketing.

After a solid basic training in all operational areas of the business field, you will be actively involved in projects related to training, support, and process consulting.
We will focus on your personal strengths and preferences, so that you can develop optimally.
As a trainee, you will already work in the ServiceDesk and help process customer inquiries through tickets and provide solutions.
Your tasks as a trainee also include creating manuals and conducting user training for the customer.
You will support customers in the selection and implementation of new CRM technologies.

Your profile

You have completed vocational training or a university degree, or you are a career changer who is passionate about our industry.
Although previous experience in the IT field is desirable, it is not a must. We are looking for motivated candidates who are willing to dive into this exciting field
