Technical Project Support Lead (hybrid)

Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions.

Work Setting:
Hybrid, will include some evening and weekend work.

Required:

Experience with Intercom and Access Control installations;
Experience working as technical support lead (physical security);
Experience working as an installation technician or similar;
Experience planning and participating in site walk-throughs, involving key vendors, SSEP representatives, and school administrators;
Experience obtaining and reviewing placement maps from vendors, ensuring alignment with project requirements;
Experience coordinating purchase order receipt confirmation with vendors;
Experience allocating equipment to workers and completing necessary transfer documentation;
Experience initiating inspection calls, validating final results, and reviewing project completion reports for payment readiness.

Responsibilities

include but are not limited to the following:

Collaborate with project analysts, support personnel, and vendors to develop project proposals;
Manage the permit application and approval process, scheduling work upon approval;
Verify proposal adherence to agreed-upon site placements and make necessary adjustments;
Coordinate facility preparation tasks, including key distribution, cleanup, deliveries, and security arrangements;
Flexibility to work occasional evening hours and attend virtual meetings with project team members;
Track project progress and updates in project trackers, utilizing the CAP system or Building Department ISS for permit and inspection status;
Facilitate meetings, take notes, and coordinate follow-up actions with stakeholders.
