- As a Technical Support Professional, you will work closely with Oracle Cloud Talent Management and report to the Manager of Support.
- Your responsibilities include providing top-notch customer service support, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex problems related to HCM.
- Utilize your techno-functional skills and Oracle product knowledge to provide superior support.
- Interact with customers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve critical cases.
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in HCM implementation or technical support.
- Proficiency in RDBMS, SQL, PL SQL, XML, Java, and more.
- Ability to lead customer meetings and discussions.
