    TITLE: Systems Engineer - Junior


    LOCATION: Washington, DC/ Onsite


    MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in IT, related field, or equivalent experience.




    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
    2 years


    INTERVIEWS: Webcam Only


    Job Description:
    Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies - VMware, Windows, and Linux system administration. Some foundational knowledge of cloud technologies.


    Responsibilities:
    Demonstrates working knowledge of technical and functional technology concepts
    Provide recommendations for improvements to project standards.
    Adheres to best practices and standards for the use of the products and services.
    Interact with the Program Director and other members of the team.
    Function as a member of a technical team.
    Function as a member of a technical project team.


    Skills:
    VMware ESXi infrastructure build, administration, and support experience.
    2 Years Required
    knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud technologies.
    2 Years Required
    Experience with Dell Servers, configurations, and troubleshooting.
    2 Years Required
    In-depth experience with Disaster Recovery and Avoidance planning.
    2 Years Required
    Experience with Veritas NetBackup.
    2 Years Required
    Experience with Zerto Cloud.
    2 Years Required
    leading projects, ensuring they comply with established standards/procedures.
    2 Years Required
    planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
    2 Years Required
    BS Degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

    Experience managing, configuring, and administering Windows operating systems.
