Diamond Precision Products, a division of Saelens Corporation is a reputable manufacturing company specializing in high-precision machined components for a large variety of industry applications.

With a commitment to innovation and quality, we are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

As a CNC Maintenance Technician at Diamond Precision Products you will be responsible for:

Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Haas, Dooson, and Mori Seiki CNC equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.

Conducting preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, calibration, and inspections to prevent equipment failures and extend machine lifespan.
Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment.
Collaborating with the production team to address equipment issues promptly and efficiently.
Keeping accurate maintenance records and documentation of all repairs and maintenance activities.
Recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance machine performance and reliability.
Assisting in the installation and setup of new CNC equipment as needed.

Proven experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician, preferably with hands-on experience working on Haas, Dooson, and Mori Seiki equipment.

Strong knowledge of CNC machinery operations, mechanics, electronics, and controls.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues related to CNC equipment.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report maintenance activities.
This is a 1st shift position.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge CNC equipment in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Overtime is available, but not required.
