- Collects, analyzes and interprets administrative data for the ORSP.
- Develops and utilizes specified software, instruments and methods for analysis, interpretation, evaluation and quality control of research or operational data.
- Serves as a data access steward and resource for platforms for proposal and research integrity data systems, including but not limited to Access, Streamlyne, and Workday.
- Collects, summarizes, and/or analyzes data in preparation for generation of statistical and analytical reports and data driven decision making.
- Assists ORSP with required reporting for grants and sponsored programs.
- Develops, documents, and maintains processes and procedures for data quality and integrity.
- Ensures compliance with guidelines for statistical reporting, analysis, and predictions governed by unit procedures, processes, and manuals.
- Collaborates with other institutional departments to create and maintain ORSP data standards and reporting.
- Updates, maintains, and monitors the ORSP website
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- This position requires either six years of directly related full-time experience or, as an alternative, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of full-time experience directly related to the job functions.
- Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.
- Experience operating a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- This position requires either eight years of directly related full-time experience or, as an alternative, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of full-time experience directly related to the job functions.
- Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.
- Experience operating a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations pertaining to the position.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects within deadlines.
- Ability to compile, organize, interpret, and communicate data and results in a concise format.
- Ability to operate personal computers with proficiency and learn new applications and systems.
