Description

We are currently seeking a DIPL.-INGENIEUR (FH), specializing in architecture or civil engineering (M/W/D), or a state-certified construction technician (M/W/D) to join our PROJECT MANAGEMENT team in Bayamón.

This position is available immediately. We welcome applications from individuals seeking part-time work during parental leave or as a freelance employee.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation of performance specifications for all construction trades
  • Construction supervision and project accounting

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed degree in architecture or civil engineering, or completed training as a statecertified construction technician
  • Proficiency in CAD software (preferably Nemetschek Allplan)
  • Experience with AVA software and MS Office
  • Good knowledge of relevant regulations such as VOB, HOAI, BayBO, and BauGB
