    Job DescriptionSalary:

    Worldshine is a senior care management company with a passion for enhancing seniors' lifestyles through continuous innovations in care by providing high quality individualized services and specialty care for the elderly with disabilities and dementia. Worldshine is expanding rapidly with the core businesses comprised of Adult Medical Day Care Centers, Assisted Living Facility, and Senior Independent Living Apartments. The extended business and products include the medical technology innovation, pharmacy, commercial real estate, physical therapy.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals.
    • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitors.
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.

    Content Creation and Management:

    • Create and curate engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and visual assets.
    • Manage content calendars and ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms

    Social Media Management:

    • Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
    • Monitor social media trends, engage with the audience, and respond to inquiries.

    Email Marketing:

    • Create, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote products or services.
    • Monitor email campaign performance and optimize based on key performance indicators.

    SEO and SEM:

    • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
    • Manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
    • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Event Planning and Promotion:

    • Assist in planning and promoting company events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing activities.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with the sales team and all Worldshine adult medical day care centers to align marketing efforts with sales goals and initiatives.
    • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
    • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as email marketing platforms, content management systems, and social media management tools.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to think outside the box.
    • Team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
