Production / Technical / Logistics Manager (m/f/d) Food:


Your tasks:


  • Disciplinary and professional management of the production, technical, and logistics departments at our Rural Hall location
  • Motivation and development of our team of approximately 130 employees
  • Ensuring smooth operational processes in collaboration with the respective direct reports
  • Optimal capacity utilization and productivity improvements through professional production and personnel planning
  • Analysis and improvement of production processes with regard to profitability and competition
  • Participation in the implementation of a crosslocation production strategy
  • Implementation of investment projects in the technical area
  • Optimization of the entire supply chain for the Rural Hall location
  • Responsibility for compliance with quality standards and implementation of hygiene, environmental, and safety regulations in production

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed your training in the food industry and further education as a master, business economist, etc. Alternatively, you have a degree in the food industry or a related field of study.
