    Account Manager, Business Insurance - Fairfax, VA

    As an Account Manager, Business Insurance at Marsh McLennan Agency, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with service and risk management needs. You will manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth. A high school diploma is required and an Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. To succeed in this role, you will possess a minimum of five (5) years insurance experience, a Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and Insurance designations (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages. Candidates need to have legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

    • Serve as a client contact and respond to client needs and questions to improve the client experience.
    • Resolve billing issues, make policy changes and respond to clients in a timely and professional manner, using multiple systems and agency standards and workflows.
    • Self-starter, demonstrates resourcefulness, and has good problem solving skills
    • Exhibits competent coverage, underwriting and risk management knowledge.
