Milk Technologist (m/f/d) - Machine Room

Responsibilities

  • Operation and control of the machine room (including evaporator)
  • Loading of milk, whey concentrate, and cream
  • Recording of production process data and documentation of deviations if necessary
  • Implementation of proper cleaning and disinfection of production equipment

Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a milk technologist or comparable training in the food industry
  • Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends, and on holidays
  • Reliability and attention to detail in your work
  • Quality and hygiene awareness
