We are currently seeking:

A Head of Human Resources (m/f/d)

in full-time, permanent position.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring correct, legally compliant and timely payroll processing as well as reporting and certification
  • Being the contact person for managers in all personnel, labor and social security law matters, as well as advising and concluding collective agreements
  • Innovative development, conceptualization and standardization of processes in the human resources department
  • Managing and establishing change processes
  • Leading and developing employees in the department
  • Responsibility for and management of the payroll system "LOGA" and its additional modules (main key user)

· Creating personnel statistics, evaluations and certificates

· Ensuring timely completion of year-end tasks and deadline management

· Creating and adapting document templates (e.g. works council hearings, contracts,
