    Client Service Representative

    Role Description

    • Role Title: Client Service Representative
    • Summary: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and accurate solutions for client inquiries.
    • Mission Alignment: Contribute to our mission of helping clients worry less about money and focus more on life through outstanding service.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Associates Degree preferred
    • Financial Industry experience required
    • 2+ years working with a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced office environment preferred
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and quick to learn new software
    • CRM experience

    Hours:

    • Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm

    Salary:

    • $45,000 - $55,000/year BOE
