Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our services.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or defects, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

This position can be full or part-time.


Duties:


  • Perform inspections at client locations and follow up on clients requests.
  • Assist business development with product inventory, ordering and additional service requests.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in all types of facilities (commercial, retail, industrial, medical, and institutional). There is exposure to different environments and cleaning compounds that could affect those with allergies to cleaning products.

The position must be able to stand, walk, go upstairs, drive to different locations, bend, squat, reach, and lift 20 lbs.
