    About the Role

    Opportunity to join well respected property/casualty insurance company that has built a solid reputation on values of integrity, honesty, hard work, and service to the community. As Human Resources Generalist you will be responsible for various HR functions aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from recruitment and employee relations to benefits administration and HR compliance.

    Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
    • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • HR certification (e.g., SPHR, PHR) ideal

    Compensation, Benefits, & Perks

    $80k to $120k+ bonus. 401k, pension plan, and competitive benefits.
