    We are also a FAA Part 145 Repair Station with ratings for the G-IV and Falcon 50, and located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida at the Executive Airport (KFXE).


    Job Description:
    We are recruiting a professional, experienced, and motivated full-time Maintenance Administrator.


    For selected candidates, offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of criminal background checks and drug testing requirements.

    Upon employment, you will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement and will be subject to a credit check.


    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Familiarity with the documentation required for receipt of civil aviation articles that will be used in the performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alteration
    • Thoroughly familiar with the procedures as set forth in the General Maintenance Manual (GMM)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to lift 25 pounds and be able to work in a maintenance facility
    • Minimum of one year of aviation or experience or other job-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility (preferred)
    • Ability to work well while multi-tasking
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with EBIS and FOS software (preferred)

    Responsibilities:

    • Create purchase and work orders
    • Process invoices in EBis
    • Copy, scan, file, and maintain invoices and work orders
    • Assist with typing documents
    • Maintain CD Library Revisions and Maintenance Manuals
    • Create log book entries
    • Process and complete end-of-month reports for each aircraft, and provide to Accounting per their instructions
    • Review each work order and ensure parts and OSRs are included
    • Order, receive, and process parts as needed
    • Contact vendors for parts purchase, pick up, check-in, return, and shipment
    • Assist with data collection for quarterly CASS meeting
    • Order office supplies, equipment, and furniture when needed
    • Research and set-up vendors for repairs on hangar equipment
    • Order oxygen and nitrogen for hangar and schedule deliveries
    • Keep track of inventory for parts room and provide to Accounting
    • Keep Tracking Cores, and related charge and credits
    • Act as shipping and receiving person-order all parts and provide accurate pricing tracking
    • Run Labor Hours report to match the shop supplies amount on WO
    • Other duties as assigned
