Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create in-depth operational reporting and analysis.

Promote and strengthen development standards.

Perform Quality Assurance of all operational reporting.

Gathers business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources.

Works with business partners and development teams to ensure that data products support stakeholder decision making aligned with business initiatives.

Assesses market strategies by analyzing related products, markets, or trends.

Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current supply chain processes.

Compiles business intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations.

Maintains current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree required.

Experience in process analysis and development.

Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.

Excellent analytical ability and decision-making skills.

Strong business acumen, with demonstrated ability to think strategically.

Effective problem-solving and organizational skills.

Ability to work in varying departmental areas in a project-oriented environment.

Ability to effectively function as a team member.

Ability to prioritize handling multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.

Ability to facilitate meetings, manage projects, and manage relationships.

Knowledge of Database structures preferred.

Knowledge of the IBM AS/400 data configuration and programming structure recommended.

Knowledge in ASP.Net, SQL Server, and Oracle preferred.

Experience in coding in at least one language previously preferred, ex. Python, C, C++, C# or VB.

Knowledge of intranet/internet web architecture and design desirable.
