Home Health Account Manager(full-time, direct-hire position with excellent full benefits package and excellent base salary + commission)
Developing referrals for concierge nursing services with key referral sources including: hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and physicians, as well as community Assisted Living, and Rehab facilities.
Requirements:
Must have previous Home Health Sales Experience.
Established relationships with potential home care referral sources
Experience in home care or related services
Professional demeanor and presentation
Clinical background a plus, not required
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Pay:
$115, $135,000.00 per year
