How You Will Make an Impact- In this critical role, you will provide our patients with their first impression of ACCESS. At the front desk, you will welcome and assist patients with their checkin process and ensure their visits are efficient and comprehensive.
- Additionally, you will help guide the patient through their visit by compiling accurate patient data, completing the correct checkin workflows, process payments, schedule appointments, and more.
- As a patient advocate, you will be required to provide a highlevel of customer service that directly aligns with our patientcentered medical home model.
- Support organizational goals to better assist patients and improve community health outcomes.
- Continue to grow your knowledge base with extensive training and experience with Epic, one of the leading Electronic Medical Record Systems globally.
- Receptionist experience in a healthcare setting preferred, not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic proficiency in computer skills required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Administrative experience preferred
- EMR experience preferred
