- Design and oversee design including layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion, and sediment control, from commencement to completion.
- Design stormwater management with expertise, low impact design, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and design, stormwater quality design and preparation, and design which includes preparing NPDES permit applications.
- Provide expert testimony to planning and zoning boards
- Ability to mentor staff engineers.
- Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or Master's degree a plus.
- Valid New Jersey Professional Engineering license is required.
- 10+ years' experience in related site/civil land development engineering.
- Knowledge of local City, County, and State land use processes and regulations.
- Expertise in all aspects of land development engineering including the integration of surveying and environmental engineering.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
