Our client, is the global leader in optimized resource management.

They are now seeking to hire a experienced Senior IT Project with Expertise in Scrum and coming from a BI Background.

The role involves driving the delivery of high-quality digital solutions, managing a cross-functional team, and ensuring the timely execution of projects while adhering to budget and scope constraints.


Responsibilities:


  • Project Delivery:
  • Manage the endtoend delivery of digital solution projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication ( Business & Technology)
  • Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining clear and regular communication about project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Liaise crossfunctional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and that tasks are appropriately delegated and executed.
  • Risk Management:
  • Proactively identify and manage risks and issues that could impact the delivery of projects. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain an ongoing review of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Team Coordination:
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the Data Platform Team and other associated departments.
  • Work in an Agile environment that focuses on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Facilitate communication and cooperation to ensure all team members are engaged and contributing to program success.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all Hubgrade solutions adhere to quality standards and fulfill the requirements set out by the organization and clients.
  • Implement measures to monitor and enhance the quality of the solutions.
  • Reporting:
  • Regularly report project progress, issues, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparency and visibility of the program's status and performance.

Qualifucations

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in program, project or delivery management roles, preferably in the field of Business Intellgence
  • Experience rolling out a new BI Self Service Platform a Big Plus
  • Excellent Soft Skills & Great Listening Skills
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including expertise in Agile methodologies (including SCRUM) and project management tools (e.g GitLab).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is strongly preferred
  • Agile Scrum Master certification or similar is a plus
  • Certifications related to data management, digital solutions, or environmental sustainability would be beneficial
